Each project is drawn up in a MS Project plan, time and resources are allocated to ensure an accurate quote in regards to budget and schedule. Our avionics team draws on the countless TBM avionics installs we have successfully performed to create a wiring diagram and personalized installation process with respect to your aircraft systems. While your aircraft is at our facility we will provide daily progress updates including photos and text. After the install our Chief Pilot performs a test flight to make sure all systems are functioning correctly. Efficient installs and satisfied customers are all part of the AVEX formula.

Introducing Our Lead TBM Avionics Specialist

Erik has been with AVEX for four years and is our lead avionics technician. He has over nine years cumulative avionics experience specializing in: G1000, G600, Garmin 530, WAAS, GMX-200, Honeywell, Traffic Systems, Auto-pilots, Audio selector Panels, Pitot Systems, Transponders, Encoders, Antenna Mounting, Nav and Comm Receiver Systems, Gyro Plumbing, EFIS, Radar, XM Weather and Radio, and all GPS Systems. He graduated from North Central Texas College with a degree in Electronics and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Erik has earned a number of acclaimed awards and certificates over his career including recognition from the Aircraft Electronics Association, Flight Safety International, Avidyne, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
